Join Kelley Annese, E-RYT 500 for a class focusing on easing pain and tension from the lower back, hips and sacrum. You will experience somatic movements, pilates inspired stability work & restorative yoga to target both weak and tight muscles. Learn more about your body by understanding what you are feeling, where you are feeling it, and what modifications you can use to continue to enjoy your favorite weekly yoga classes!Myofascial release will be incorporated with tennis balls to release deep tension in the fascia and muscles.
The workshop will end with Yoga Nidra to focus on releasing the energetic blockages associated with lower back & hip pain.
