Weekly on Tuesday at Shanti Bee.09.30 - 10.30am
A gentle, theraputically informed yoga class, teaching concious yoga breath work, yoga movements and guided relaxations.
The class aims to support embodiment and help the student sit with and observe the body in a relaxed, parasympathetic state, supporting you in balance and comfort in the mind and body.
Each month we will explore a different theme, which will relate to the teachings & ethics of yoga - because, this too plays a central role in the development of a self-regulated balanced lifestyle.
If you are managing a chronic health issue - please do reach out to me and I will let you know if I have any experience working with it, and if the class is suitable for you.
