Get moving for better health 💕 Let's do this together!! 🤸🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️ This class is based on traditional yogic traditions of mind-body connection with a modern touch and includes breathwork, gentle movement & at least a ten minute guided meditation at the end - bliss! 🥱💤
🧘🏻♀️ Yoga has been shown to build mental resilience & better emotional regulation as well as physical benefits like improved heart & digestive function.
🧘🏻♀️ If you're looking for a yoga class that offers adaptations for different abilities this is a great class for you. You will need to be able to get up & down to a yoga mat with ease. The class is very welcoming & easygoing - the loveliest bunch of yogis 😊
🧘🏻♀️ This is a great chance to try yoga & after 6 weeks you can let me know how it has changed your body & mind.
