Join us on an incredible 10-week journey to becoming a confident, soulful teacher and space holder. During this intimate course, we will study Vinyasa yoga with a modern flair. We will cover Asana, Pranayama, meditation, mindfulness, Sanskrit, Anatomy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin, safe sequencing, modifications/prop use, and assists/adjustments.Our training is more than learning how to teach yoga; it’s acquiring the tools and developing the skills to live a more fulfilled and authentic life off of your mat. Participants of our teacher training will be provided with free unlimited yoga for the duration of the training!
