The cost for this in person training is $3000 for the entire six month journey. We require a $400 deposit to hold your space. The remaining balance can be paid montly. We can bill your credit card or you can pay cash at intervals. The concentrated areas of study include the philosophy of yoga; exploration of ancient texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads; the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali; anatomy and physiology, covering the extensively both the physical and energetic body; asanas (yoga postures); meditation; breathwork; mudra; and mantra. Asana will be broken down minutely and examined individually from standing and seated poses, twists, arm balances, inventions and backbends. Different yoga sequences will be taught with a concentration on sun and moon salutations.
We meet every other weekend:
Fridays from 6PM to 9PM
Saturday from noon to 6PM
Sunday from noon to 6PM
