Movement is something most of us interact with every day, but most of us tend to be disconnected from the understanding of how our physical systems work together to make the movement that we do possible.During this active master class we will be exploring a number of things that will be familiar to you: Yoga Poses, Vinyasa mechanics but we will be doing so in atypical ways and blending in calisthenics, plyometrics, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and maybe a bit of dance. Be prepared to get wiggly, get weird and have a whole lot of fun during this dynamic class.
We will explore:
• Active range mobility
• Asana Lab
• How our bodies react to small alterations to increase or decrease the amount of intensity you experience in a pose.
• Intelligently modify postures
• Sequencing, cueing, effective language

This course is not a standalone Teacher Training and does not meet the requirements to be a Registered 200-Hour Yoga Teacher. This Module, however, can be taken as part of our full yoga teacher training curriculum.
