This course will cover topics like:
The sequence of the Bikram yoga poses sometimes referred to as the 26+2, is a system of hatha yoga. We will also cover, but not limited to: History/Lineage, Asana Lab, Cueing, effective language, Pranayama
* Note the contraindication of Hot Yoga

This course is not a Teacher Training, it is an educational program designed for personal growth, a deeper understanding of your practice, as well as the ability to teach this class once you are a Registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.
If you choose to do the test to obtain your Certificate of Completion, once earned, this does not qualify you to teach the 26+2 Hot Yoga series, nor does it qualify you beyond any EXISTING teaching qualification that you may have.
