This is a Vinyasa Flow Yoga training that will transform your practice, deepen your understanding, develop your confidence, and allow you to find your own unique voice. This training offers a full range of yogic knowledge: posture practice (asana), breathing (pranayama), history, philosophy and daily self enrichment.
PREREQUISITES:
-A strong desire for growth and self-love.
-A desire to share the benefits with others and be of service.
-Willingness to create and maintain a personal meditation and asana practice.
HOURS: Saturdays & Sundays: 10:30am-3:00pm
We meet on select weekends out of every month.
Program Tuition:
Tuition for the 200 Hour RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher Training is $2600. This includes: lectures, classroom instruction, Yoga Teacher Training Manual, and 6 Months of Unlimited Yoga Classes at Inspirit.

Payment plans are available upon request to help you fit this cost into your budget. Here is a template that may work for you:
First payment is the deposit: $500
Following Payments: 6 month payment plan = $350 monthly
