The Ancient Path of Yoga AwaitsA Journey of Awakening at Wellness Within, St. Albert
We are honored to be leading our first 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Wellness Within, a beloved space where the roots of yoga have long been nurtured and shared.
Led by Kelsey Hansen and Ekatra’s School of Traditional Yoga, with support from Anatomy Lead Trainer Kristine Price, BScPT, and a team of experienced faculty, this training offers a deep immersion into the heart of yoga.
Rooted in ancient teachings and lived experience, you’ll explore asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, mantra, subtle body wisdom, and more. This training is designed not only to prepare you to teach but to invite you into a deeper way of being that aligns with your truest self.
This is more than a training.
It is a rite of passage.
A call from within.
A return to what matters most.
