Join us for a rejuvenating and delicious experience at The Tea Lounge. This in-person event is perfect for those looking to unwind and nourish their body and mind as you start your weekend. Sign up for the whole series, or just the mornings you want.
Starting Sat April 20, 2024, at 9am, this series will guide you through a gentle morning yoga sequence, followed by a soothing tea meditation, led by Tea Lounge founder, Michelle Pierce Hamilton. Your morning ritual is made complete with our fan favourite, avocado everything bagel (gluten free bread also available) for you to enjoy in our beautiful Tea Lounge!
Certified to teach vinayas and yin yoga, Michelle has designed an indoor morning sequence of seated and standing postures to warm up your morning, focusing on connections through the spine. If/when weather permits, our practise will move outside to the front lawn. For indoors, as our space is limited, participants will be seated on floor cushion or blanket, or folded yoga mat, and seamlessly transition into tea meditation to deepen intention setting and mindfulness. If our practise is permitted to move outdoors, additional flow sequences will be explored on a full yoga mat.
This small class series is limited to just 6 participants indoors, with expanded seats available as the weather warms up and we move outside.
Please bring your yoga mat and any prefered personal blanket and/or meditation coushin. Note: limited drop in spaces may be available in any given week, which will be communicated via instagram/facebook.
