Whether you’re new to the sutras or eager to deepen your understanding, this course is your gateway to moving beyond asana and embracing yoga as a way of life. Join us to master your mind, find inner peace, and bring the philosophy of yoga into your everyday world.

Class is taught by Gita Kali Natarajan with 25 years of studying and living the sutras.
