Join Longwave Yoga for an early morning Yoga and Surf session. Our morning will begin with a 45-minute vinyasa class tailored to get you ready for the surf. Our yoga class will be followed by a brief on-land surf demo before we head into the water together for some (beginner-friendly) surfing fun! Beginner and experienced surfers are welcome!
Requirements: Must be able to swim! Must be able to paddle for your own waves (with coaching).
Foam boards will be provided, or you can BYOB(oard). Please also bring a towel of your own to use for yoga class and to dry off after the surf!
Cost:
$70 with rental foam board,
$60 if you bring your own board
