We will start on the courtyard for an open air yoga practice blending dynamic movements with deep relaxation, before moving inside for a drink, sumptuous two course meal and plenty of time to unwind as the sun sets over the Tyne.

The cost for evening is £40 which includes a 75 minute yoga practice, a two course meal crafted by the chefs at Hotel Du Vin Newcastle plus a drink. All equipment is provided.
