💙 Sessions include an in depth review of the primary yogic terms & texts, experience with yoga modalities, inclusive of Vinyasa, Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga, time exploring sound resonance, exploring the body-mind-emotion connections, and more.
