At Latitude 44 Yoga Studio, we offer a moduled Yoga Study program that enables you to deepen your practice at your own pace. Enroll for one module that peaks your interest for growth in your personal practice or complete all seven modules / 200 hours and become a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance! The Yoga Study hybrid program has a combination of hours in both online format as well as in-studio (approximately 60% in-studio & 40% online).
The Yoga Philosophy module explores the philosophy of an eight limbed yoga practice inclusive of off-the-mat application of our studies. Of the modules, the Yoga Philosophy module is most rooted in soul-work. The student is taken on a journey through the self while weaving in the tenets of yoga.

We keep Yoga Study class sizes small; capped at 12, making sure the teacher to student ratio gives you the optimum opportunity for growth.
