Yoga study is an opportunity to dive into yoga beyond the physical postures. This class is recommended for yoga teachers, new students and experienced students alike. No experience with any type of yoga is necessary, and while we will be sharing a movement flow for 20-40 minutes during each session, we will spend an equal or greater time exploring aspects of yoga, not often covered in a one hour drop in session, such as deities residing within the chakras, the power of touch through mudras and the power of speech through mantras, as well as many other aspects of yoga, verbally passed down from teacher to teacher. Come enjoy 6 weeks deeping your connection to yourself and your community, as we heal together
Class is $10 to drop in or $50 for all 6 weeks.
