Yoga Study: Asana / Postures is offered under our Yoga Study program. Join certified instructors, Sara Martin, Ileah Henchel, Andrea Kubishak, Kristen Dexter, and Reese Wells to revisit, refine, or dive deeper into your practice of the 3rd limb of yoga; ASANA.This course can be taken solo or as part of the 200 hour yoga teacher training certification.

In the study of postures, we expand our knowledge on alignment, engagement, adding depth to our physical practice. This module will be FULL of ah-ha moments and opportunity to reset your physical asana practice with a healthy, safe, and strong foundation.
All sessions (13 total) are physical in nature.
Plan to bring your yoga mat (we have some at the studio as well), a note book, your manual, and wear layers or comfortable clothing. We will be in the non-heated studio (Studio 2; 70-72 degrees).
