Come strengthen, tone, and fine tune your practice with Ananda Wasco, who is a certified 200 hr RYT and a certified personal and group fitness trainer. During this workshop we will use body weight and props such as Pilates balls and blocks to align and strengthen your entire body, including your core, lower back, arms, glutes, quads, hammies and hips. You will get one on one alignment assistance to fine tune your practice and renew your spirit with gratitude. Expect some anaerobic exercises, mat pilates work, as well as alignment work for popular poses such as tadasana, warriors 1,2&3, trikonasana, plank, and chaturanga dandasana. Class will end with a deep release stretch and a sound bath during savasana. $30/person; 15% off for members
