Yoga storytime this summer will be held at the Northern Liberties Farmer Market at the Piazza. Sign Up and join the fun at 2nd and Germantown Ave. Yoga storytime combines traditional yoga poses with read alouds of new and familiar children’s books. We will incorporate meditation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques to assist with management of emotions and self-soothing techniques. Props and music are also used along with movement to help build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat and be ready to have some fun!
