Post-natal yoga for new parents followed by a play session at Krazy KidsWelcome to Yoga, Stay & Play ! Join us for a fun-filled morning of relaxation, movement, and play at Krazy Kids Soft Play. Start your day off with a rejuvenating 45 minute yoga session aimed at post-natal bodies and the aches and pains of being a new parent. Afterward, stick around to enjoy the fantastic soft play area with your little ones.
Pre-mobile children are very welcome; the space will be safe and with some toys to (hopefully) keep them busy! You are also very welcome to come without your child!
This weekly session is the perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and have a blast with your baby. Don't miss out on this exciting combination of wellness and play!
