60 minutes of Relaxing Yin Yoga with Owner Lindsay. You'll stay low on the mat, with lots of supporting props to help you find physical, mental & emotional release.
Followed by 45 minutes of Sound Bath healing with Hester Morrissey. Enjoy a journey into a deep state of relaxation and peace.
