Join us for an evening of restoration and nervous system care and help us pay it forward by offering ALL proceeds to Fern Foundation, local non profit offering free kids classes for self-regulation. This special class will include:
1 - Gentle yoga flow for restoration
2 - Relaxation techniques to reset the body and mind
3 - Immersive sound bath for deep sensory relaxation

Fern Foundation: This Summer Fern Foundation launched a Mindfulness For Kids in Omaha Program offering kids free classes for self-regulation through mindfulness practices such as: Kids Yoga, Spanish Kids Yoga, Relaxation Techniques, Arts + Crafts, Story Time and Movement, and games!
