Join us for a wonderfully relaxing and calming Yoga Sound Bath evening.
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience using beautiful, sacred, acoustic instruments such as Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Hand drums and Gongs etc.
It is named a Sound Bath because you will feel ‘bathed’ in the harmonious and healing frequencies and vibrations, leaving you relaxed, while gently easing stress and anxiety.
Suitable for all ages, you will be grounded by a short meditation, and then lie down and relax (Bringing your own Mat and Cushion) for the rest of the evening allowing the sounds to wash over you in a serene candlelight setting.
The event will be hosted by Geoff Watts, a local yoga teacher for more than 20 years, who also runs weekly classes at our centre.
