In this workshop, you will be guided through a series of easy yoga poses with simple vocal and breathing exercises to connect with your "whole-body" voice. No prior experience is necessary. Open to everyone, just bring your mat, water, a meditation cushion (we will have extras ) and a willingness to explore the power of your own sound and movement in a supportive and welcoming environment.
