Let’s tap into the art of meditative cross stitching after a good stretch. We’ll practice yoga in the basement of the Parkersburg Art Center, then connect to our inner snark with a simple, 1-hour cross stitch design you’ll take home with you. Several designs will be available to choose from. All supplies are included.
Intensity Level: Gentle yoga in the basement of the Art Center (elevator access). Some manual dexterity needed for cross stitching at your own pace.

Indoors/Outdoors: Indoors
Cost: $30
Sensory Notes: Lights may be brighter during cross-stitching (after yoga). Needles can hurt your fingers.
What else to bring: Please bring your mat, water and any other yoga props you may enjoy using, and dress for comfort.
Parking: Parking on the street is plentiful and free on the weekends.
We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂
We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
