Tanisha is a Rhode Island native, community advocate, and certified yoga instructor with a passion for making wellness accessible. Her journey began through a college yoga course and evolved into a deep calling to serve youth and adults through mindful movement.
Her teaching style is grounded, compassionate, and inclusive — reminding every participant that there is no “perfect” pose, only presence and progress. Tanisha’s classes invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm.
