Slow Burn is a vinyasa inspired "flow" based yoga practice designed to emphasize slow, controlled movement, breath, presence, and form. Each class consists of 3-4 flows with breaks in-between each to focus on a single pose. Some yoga experience helpful, can be challenging for those who are new to yoga and/or fitness. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Props are provided. Limited to 5 students (pre-booking available). 713 Millpond Road Suite B1
