Yoga means Union – the union of mind, body and spirit. Find the path toward harmony and balance in this busy world. In this 10-week series we will explore the theme of Acceptance. As we move through our daily being, our go-to tends to be seeking validation and acceptance from outside influences. When we truly need to be accepting where you are while also actively moving towards a state of balance in your body and mind, when we accept ourselves exactly how we are, we let go of judgment and expectations and attachment to the outcome. It means we let go of striving. Come along on this 10-week yoga series on Acceptance and move through the following elements:
