We're partnering with YO STUDIOS to add nourishing and joyful movement to your routine. This autumn, YO is offering dynamic yoga lessons at Zoku to help you reconnect with your body. ✨
WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR IN THIS SESSION
- ?️ Yin & Yang yoga. We will combine dynamic sequences with more passive, holding poses, making this session suitable for all levels!
- ? 1 complimentary welcome drink. Up for a mimosa? Or just want to energize with a coffee? We've got our covered.
