This dynamic Yoga Sculpt blends fluid movement, strength-driven sequences, and mindful flow for a workout you’ll feel long after the mat is rolled up. Designed to energize the body and elevate the spirit, the class pairs island air with urban vibes for a truly immersive morning reset.
