Inside community, let's welcome the newest addition to our family - Daniel @thedreaded! 🥳 Not just a yoga instructor, Daniel is a beacon of representation and diversity in the yoga community. Starting his journey in 2011 with DDP Yoga, primarily to lose weight and ease pain, he completed his training in September 2019 and has been guiding others towards balance ever since.
Join us for Daniel's class, "A Vibe," a restorative yoga journey infused with incense, lo-fi sounds, and good vibes all around. 🎵 Combining elements of Hatha, Restorative, Vinyasa, and DDP Yoga, Daniel guides participants through movements that release tension, relax the body, and provide a mental break. This practice is perfect for anyone spending time behind a desk or wheel. 🚗🖥️
Classes are scheduled for Saturdays at 10:00 AM. ⏰ Our classes are more than just workouts; they're a celebration of our shared heritage and strength. 💪🏾 Priced at an affordable $20 per session, we strive to make wellness achievable for everyone in our community. 💸
