Yoga + Salty Sound

Unwind with stretching and light movement while reclined to prepare the body for a Sound Healing session in the Salt Cave. Please bring a yoga mat.

During this session you will immerse yourself in the Halotherapy provided by the atmosphere of the Cave itself as well as the Salt getting pumped in with the Halogenerator. The Sound Healing will support an extended Savasana.

Feel into these deep healing states by activating brainwave balancing and parasympathetic relaxation response. Some people explain these sensations similar to a great nap, or awareness of past life visions, early childhood memories, energetic visions, and more.

The style of Sound Healing you can expect will incorporate Chimes, bowls and Rain Sounds. This is appropriate for people who experience states of anxiety and are looking for calm atmospheres to help with stress relief and trauma informed care.
