Welcome to a deep transformative and unique yoga retreat with the master teacher Guru Dharma in Norway at Circles of Sound Ecofarm (one hour driving from Oslo). Then the retreat have two main subjects:
1. Healing the emotional body
2. Understanding the different parts of the mind and to syncronize with the cosmic wave of unity
The purpose of Yoga is to become One with yourself; an integrated whole person. Then we become one with the One and completely merge.
To do this we need to balance our emotions with our mind and its patterns, loops, projections and fantasies.
This deep weekend workshop offers the opportunity to understand how your mind works and to reset your emotional body in alignment with your mind: to transform, heal and excel with your fellow yogis in a beautiful natural setting.
About Guru Dharam
Guru Dharam a renovated kundalini yoga master and founder of kundalini Medicine therapy training. He has studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and his formal qualifications have been complemented by intensive postgraduate interdisciplinary study of indigenous healing; Kabbalah, Meso-American Shamanic Dreaming, West African healing practice, White Lotus healing, Black Hat Feng Shui and the Red Thread empowerments. Guru Dharam has been teaching yoga for 40 years.
About the retreat, teachings and accomodation on the retreat venue:
The retreat are open for both kundalini yogis and for others who are experienced in yoga and meditation.
The teachings of Guru Dharam will be on Thursday night, Friday and Saturday from 10:00-18:00 (lunch 13:00-14:30) and Sunday 10:00-14:30.
The retreat take place at the cosy Circles of Sound Ecofarm by the Ådal river (one hour driving from Oslo with buss or car). The yoga teachings will be held in Norways biggest yurt - a beautiful sacred and ligth space surrounded by nature.
You are welcome to stay at the Circles of Sound Ecofarm farm and enjoy the cosy, peaceful athmospere on the farm sounded by nature and countryside landscapes. Those who stays at the farm will be served healthy, tasty and organic food and can enjoy morning bath in the river, early morning yoga, forest walks, and evening events like gongbath with the Circles of Sound.
Investment and registration:
The price for the retreat with Guru Dharsm are NKR 3750,- inkl. lunch friday-sundsy.
If you want to stay at the farm and get breskfast, dinner, accommodation and take part in morning and evening activities there is an additional cost of NKR 2.000,- for those who like to sleep in own tent or camper. If you would like to sleep in one of the cosy bedrooms, mikrohouses or glamping tents on the farm there is an additional cost of NKR 600,- for all three nigth in a double room and NKR 1.000,- for all three night in a single room.
