During a 8days/7nights yoga retreat in the south of Sardegna, you will get to experience to freely breathe, let go, dive deep and rejuvenate in nature. You will find back into your emotional & physical balance and your inner strength, and build up resilience, returning home feeling lighter, stronger, more centered and filled with new experiences, impressions and joy.
Together we will practice yoga and somatic movement, meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) – tools you can make use at home in your daily life to calm your mind and support to re-set your focus & concentration throughout the day. We will explore how to use our voice to open our heart and see more clear.
We will immerse in the Mediterranean nature, feel and play with the elements of this powerful island. Eat locally sourced and freshly prepared mediterranean meals together and explore local culture and traditions (if interested in/ optional), leaving you still plenty of time for yourself, to relax, read, explore, (re-)connect
