Hi all! I would love to welcome you to our Inaugural retreat at Renest in Japan! Eben Britton (Co-host) and I are hosting Nov 10-14 in a National park in Kobe, Japan.
This retreat is designed to remind you of your natural rhythms, and live at the pace of nature. We'll spend 5 days in luxurious log cabins on the mountain.

Each morning will begin with Yoga, breath and meditation. Followed by meals created by a local Japanese Chef, then we will engage in Shinrin Yoku- Forest bathing to enhance sense perception. In the afternoon you'll be able to engage in activities like tea ceremonies or mochi making, to further connect you to local customs, and post dinner we will wind down with rituals like cacao ceremonies, Chakra opening workshops and yin etc.
