30th AUGUST - 6th SEPTEMBER 2025 - 6 days/ 7 nights accommodation from just £675 (was £850) for shared quad appartment to £999 (was £1,175) for a single occupancy of an apartment including half board catering.
This retreat is focused on asanas to align the first 7 chakras clearing and balancing, self healing, self re-discovery, deep rest to allow re-set and re-tuning, healthy re-connection to the bigger world around us.
Small group, perfect for all ability including beginners, therapeutic approach, gentle guidance of yoga, breath-work and meditation. Mind, body and spirit approach in a special location referred to as the healing island.
You are welcomed to share your apartment with partner or friends who do not want to take yoga classes, (message me for price adjustment).
Alongside private tranquillity and amazing views, our accommodation offers us exclusive yoga practice space.
Provided in your apartments are:
various creature comforts including toiletries, refreshments and beach towel for your use during the stay
fruit and yogurt for breakfast before yoga (alternatives available on request)

I don’t show or take pictures of my students nor show/teach ‘yoga acrobatics’; you don’t have to be an expert or have ever tried yoga or look picture perfect. I provide private, supportive and safe space for everyone to listen to, follow and express what their own mind, body and soul needs. I deeply care for creating space for participants to be able to enjoy, explore and express themselves, whether they feel spiritual or not.
