Life demands energy, and sometimes our bodies feel like they're running on empty. This session is about intelligently cultivating lasting strength that supports your everyday life. We'll focus on foundational movements and techniques to explore our inner resilience, giving you the power and endurance to tackle challenges both on and off the mat. Expect to feel invigorated and empowered, learning how to consistently strengthen your body and mind for sustained vitality.
As your guide, Emma Garland AKA The Good Food Yogi, puts it:
βThis workshop session is suitable for everyone, including beginners; with guided instructions and techniques to help you switch on some of those smaller, underused muscles within the body and start to ease some of the muscular pain you may experience, particularly around those tighter areas of the body, like neck and shoulders, back, hamstrings, hips and belly.
We will work with the breath and provide a deeper feeling of engagement and resistance within your body to build heat and strength in the body without necessarily moving fast.
Time spent outdoors in nature can be a great way to boost the mind and body, as well as the nervous and immune system. Experiencing natural sunlight can also boost your mood and productivity!
Join us for a day away in the magical space that is The Walled Garden School, surrounded by nature in ancient woodland, this space will take you a world away from it all.β
