A relaxing “well being” retreat afternoon.
Relaxation, self discovery, physical and mental wellbeing, through the practice of Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and empowerment.
Location:
The yoga retreat will be held on the top tennis court (this is weather dependant). If the weather changes, all activities will be held in studio 3.
The program
12:00pm | Welcome talk and quick overview of the afternoon.
12:10pm | A lovely Yoga Flow class, connecting breath with movement. Allowing the burning of excess energy to start the afternoon.
12:40pm |Yin Yoga.
A meditative Yoga which allows Meridians to flow energy through the body and focusing on the organs and charkas within the body.
1:10pm | Chakra release mediation and Crystal therapy.
1:30pm | Break- Serving herbal teas and juices with fresh nourishing healthy snacks.
2:00pm | Breath work.
The power of breathing using different methods of yogic breathing to stimulate the Vagus and Phrenic nerves.
2:15pm | Sound and Vibration to heal the mind and body.
2:30pm | Empowerment.
Manifesting of aspirations. Self Discovery.
2:40pm | Hatha Yoga.
A slow restorative relaxing Yoga, using breath work, Stretch, Strength, Core, Flexibility, balance, and Nervous system recovery.
3:15pm | Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
A powerful Meditative Yoga, that takes you to a state of Alpha wave.
3:50pm | Closing down on the afternoon session.
Last aspiration of the day, allowing you to leave filling the greatest feeling of well being and calmness.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat (if you have one, if not we can supply one)
- Hat/sunscreen/towel if the weather is nice.
- Water
- Possibly a pillow or blanket to get comfortable for Nidra.
