Welcome to your weekly equinox! Take a break from your week so far and re-emerge feeling open, energised, and rejuvenated. This class will begin with a grounding into the body and breath, before the physical sequence. This will be a dynamic movement flow, helping you build strength, flexibility and body awareness. We will practice various elements of traditional yoga, including asana (postures), pranayama (breath control) and dharana (fixed attention).
Beginner practitioners are welcome. The class will be taught with a sequential approach, so you can choose movement options that suit your ability and energy levels.
