This Yoga practice is designed to create better mind - body connection allowing you to tune in to your bodies needs and give it the attention it requires to release tension and improve mobility. Using mindfulness & breath work we will help your nervous system move into ‘rest & digest’, reducing stress and bringing a sense of calm to your mind.
This practice is suitable for beginners & beyond. Everyone welcome.
