We invite you to join us in a delightful, 3 hour, complete practice which will include Pranayama, Asana and Yoga Nidra.The morning will start with a Pranayama sequence that integrates pelvic Mudras and reflections on Kumbhaka, the art of breath suspension.
After a short break we move into a mindful exploration of spinal movement in different Asanas with a particular emphasis on
lengthening and rotation.
Preparatory releases include liberating the breath exercises, shoulder strength and pelvic stability.
We end the session with the opportunity for supported inversions and Yoga Nidra.
Philosophical considerations emerge from the practice as an inclusive continuum.
The practice is particularly suitable for teachers, trainees and curious practitioners with an integrated understanding of their own process.
