Join me at Cat-n-bird Winery November 15 at 11 AM for a Vinyasa yoga class. This class is beginner friendly, but does require that you are able to easily get from the floor to standing as it is part of the vinyasa flow. Mats are not provided so please bring your own. The cost of the event is $30 plus tax and includes the yoga class and one glass of wine. In order to attend the event you must be registered at tryyogawithme.offeringtree.com. Please make sure to register to reserve your space. The class fee will be paid on site at the event the day of.
