Join me at cat-n-bird winery for a beginner friendly Vinyasa flow class. Class is $30 and includes a yoga class and a glass of wine. Please register for class at tryyogawithme.offeringtree.com to reserve your space. Payment will be made onsite upon arrival to the winery. Make sure to bring your yoga mat, a small hand towel and a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. This class does require that you are able to get up and down from the floor easily as that is part of the vinyasa flow.
