Fall/Winter Yoga at Pee-Pa's

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session at Pee-Pa's Garage Craft Brewery. Come unwind, stretch, and connect with other yogis in the community on the Second Sunday of the month at 11:00 AM EDT. No experience necessary, just bring your yoga mat and an open heart.

Our experienced yoga instructor Rissa Wray will guide you through a series of poses that will help improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is suitable for all levels.

Located in the lovely outdoor lawn area at Pee-Pa's Garage Craft Brewery, you'll enjoy the laid back vibe and the positive energy that surrounds this unique venue. After the yoga session, feel free to explore the brewery and indulge in their delicious selection of handcrafted beers, housemade hard seltzer, and iced tea.

Don't forget to bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Prepare to leave the event feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world!
