The program starts Wednesday 15th of May 2024, running every Wednesday from 10:30am-12pm for 8 weeks consecutively at Greystanes Community Centre
A gentle stretch, storytime, craft activities, relaxation, song, play, and connection with bubs, yourself and the community. Each session won't necessarily include all of these components, but a fun mix of activities. These sessions are play based aimed at strengthening the parent/child bond with some light exercise and relaxation for parents too.
The first 45 minutes of the session approximately will be activities, followed by snack and chat for the last 45 mins. Recommended for parents and children approximately 2 to 5 years.
