Join us at Move with Joy 1103 Portage st. Kalamazoo, Mi 49001 every Thursday evening at 6pm for Yoga Pilates Fusion! This somatics based movement class inspires participants to connect with their body, mind a spirit as we flow through Vinyasa Yoga flows, deep held Yin poses and mobility building Pilates sequences! Mats, blocks and straps are provided. Class is $10 to drop in, punch cards and monthly unlimited cards are available for discounted rates. We look forward to flowing with you!
