What the hell! We're Ukrainians - we live in constant stress!!! Argh!
That is why - YOGA PARTY RETREAT on April 21 with ProEnglish Theatre of Ukraine
WE
- get together and speak in soft and slow voices
- have a homemade tea ceremony
- try standing on nails
- breathe together and do deep breathing techniques
- go to the yard and see the sun
- do some yoga, stretching and relaxation exercises
- practices silence and listening
- hum in unison and play some vibraphones and stuff
- listen to some meditations and sing some mantras
- smoke some kalian in the end (there's no harm in some harm to the health eventually)
- meet the real WE
clothes: comfortable loose clothes, preferrably light colours; spare pair of shoes, slippers would do also, warm socks and be ready to walk barefoot if needed
language: since it's organized by ProEnglish Theatre of Ukraine - we will speak English there
there will be some salads and bread, some sugar-free sweets and lots of tea. No alcohol. Coffee machine won't work.
