This outdoor yoga class on the beautiful patio lawn overlooking Lake Wissota @ Lake Wissota Golf & Events brings us together to connect to the breath, feel the body and move into a space that has increased openness of both mind and body. You will have the opportunity to connect with nature, while you find both calm and energy in the practice, increasing flexibility, strength and balance.
