Welcome to Yoga on the Wharf!
Want to feel more connected to yourself? This all levels yoga class will link mindful movement with breathing as we enjoy the beautiful view of the Santa Barbara coast. Postures are accessible to everyone and options for modification or amplification are offered. If you don't feel like doing anything, you'll still benefit from being together in community and breathing with each other. Arrive at 8:30 to relax and connect. Class begins at 9:00. Please park off the wharf and walk to the location right next to the Seacenter on the Shoreward finger of the wharf (not all the way at the end).
