YOGA FLOW ON THE VERANDA 🌳🌺🌻Experience a tropical treat surrounded by the beauty of nature, with an all levels slow yoga flow put on an fun world fusion music playlist!
This class will sequence together your basic yoga poses with breathing techniques in a fluid, meditative and invigorating way!
Adventurous yogis are invited to try variations of postures as they are offered.
Each student is encouraged to expand boundaries, and celebrate a fun and energizing flow practice.
At end of class, settle into deep rest and guided relaxation in nature.
Recieve a cool down aromatherapy refresher, insprirational message card and warm tea to support your amazing day.

Teacher will demonstrate and give clear directions with modifications for all levels - and newbies to enjoy.
Class duration is about 90 minutes. After class, give extra time to enjoy the Bonnet House.
